Ferroxyl
Test Kit - TK13
for the identification of free iron according to ASTM A380
Free iron on the surface of your stainless steel metal can lead to rusting. The presence of free iron may be the result of, for example, grindings that have landed on your metal, or because your stainless steel has not been adequately passivated, such as after welding.
Do you want to test if your stainless steel does not contain free iron? Then use our professional Ferroxyl Test Kit for a quick and reliable result. Your test will have a clear blue result when free iron is present on the surface of your material.
This test kit contains 100 tests. The ferroxyl test is performed according to the ASTM A380 standard.
The test kit is supplied with an English manual and safety data sheets.
